We combine diverse flavor profiles & culinary techniques with fresh herbs, spices and other all-natural ingredients—allowing you to easily deliver rich, flavorsome and authentic sauces and meal components to your guests. We have always maintained a philosophy that everything we create will taste great, provide great value, and will respect the intricacies & nuances of the culture from which the food is inspired.
Inspired by our history in the culinary industry
For over 10 years we have worked side-by-side with professional chefs to develop these high-quality sauces. The inspiration for these products came from creating the award-winning Marigold Restaurant in Chicago (2006-2013). Our experience with Marigold gave us the insight to develop go-to sauces for chefs in a wide range of fast-paced environments. Building on our professional backgrounds in marketing, branding and large-scale production, we began the journey of producing these sauces for other restaurants and commercial environments.
